Week 6
I am feeling really good! I got my Voice Jury done for my Junior Recital! I practiced alot overbreak to finish and to touch up on some things! I thought I did really well. I need to spend a little more time with the duet. I know it but I have not spent as much time on the duet as all the other songs. I am really happy how things are turning out! Hope everybody else is having a good week and good practicing!

Congrats, Will! I was very pleased with your jury and heard several positive comments from faculty about your preparedness! Now comes the fun part! Take time to really review each character in depth, thinking about what kind of facial expressions and gestures would compliment your telling of the story. Keep thinking about important fundamentals such as a quiet breath, letting the vibrato spin immediately upon phonation, and not falling into the Phil-Trap!
